Regarding pulse rate

I am feeling dizzy ghabarat that pulse rate is up that time like 110 but as soon as I check in oximeter first oximeter show 55 bpm in 4 second it increases to 65,75 than 85 than its keep variating between 85-95 one day same also happened is this oximeter error or what otherswise oximeter does show fluctuations but not from low to high

Heart rate can vary, but should not exceed normal range. Get Haemoglobin,  thyroid function tests, ecg and  cardiac echo done and share results. Then I can help you.
