Hello doc, What if i take more than 1 mg of folic acid in 3rd trimester. Please suggest.i need information on this.

No it wont harm u or the baby,  but y do u want to consume high dose of folic acid in third trimester

Hi. ideal dose in pregnancy is 5 mg. so no harm in taking 1 mg
