Hi my nt scan comes 2.4mm  in 12 week 6 days Is this normal I m totally confused, What I have to do

You have to do nothing. Please wait for the next 4-5 weeks and get your Quad Screening test done. Then you will be more sure if the baby has any problems or not.

Nt shud be less than 3mm You are almost 13weeks, it shud be less than 2.6mm Based on your age shown in your profile, i would suggest to domarker test and also NIPT
