Hii I am suffering from paronychia can I use fucidin ointment directly on the leg. Or should I clean it with Dettol

Paronychia is an infection of the skin around a nail. Sometimes home remedies help.. Like dipping in warm water with rocksalt for 5 mins, or wiping with alcohol and then applying betadine.
However, if there is an infection with pus collection, it needs to be drained..
