Hello doctor. Iam diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 500 mg. After meals diabetic level is 245. I also have fatty liver grade 2, gallbladder polyps 4 mm taking udiliv 150 mg once. CBP,LFT is normal. Triglycerides is 260. My b.p is mostly 132, or 135/ 83 , or 85. Please prescribe safe bp medicine . Can I take telma 40 mg. is it safe to use  with fatty liver.

Medication for hypertension safe and effective in your case. Need to improve diabetes though. Very poorly controlled.
