I am taking proponal 10mg for 8 months and now switch to 1.25 concor is it safe or the next day can we take this medicine

There’s no significant harm in changing the medicines. But it is advisable for such medicines to changed in consultation with a physician as he may have his reasons to prescribe propranolol.

Yes, switching from Propranolol 10 mg to Concor (Bisoprolol) 1.25 mg is generally safe if it was advised by your doctor.
