I am having severe sinus problem. My doctor prescribed predmet 4 mg. Now he has changed to wysolone 5mg. What is the difference between these two

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection as sinusitis. They are both corticosteroids , used to decrease inflammation, in common language swelling, predmet is methylprednisolone a stronger steroid than wysolone , wysolone is prednisolone, a weaker steroid than predmet
