Regarding lactare tablets

Hi, can i use lactare tablets daily 3 times a day till breast feeding is it safe to consume... Am consuming lots of garlic and using lacaways also but sometimes my milk supply is low I don't know what to do plz give any suggestions my baby is 2 months old
