Regarding false memory ocd
I am a ocd sufferer. I underwent erp..i had harm, contamination,violent ,sexual obsession.I recently had doubts over past events.. Whether it happened or not like that.. Once I had doubt over the dream whether it happened in reality after that I became anxious.. 2 weeks later I got know automatically what happened and which is dream and reality.Recently I am getting more like tis.started getting doubts over whatever I thought and imagined has happened or not followed by getting anxious.Is this false memory ocd? If so what is the treatment for this?
