Regarding chest discomfort

Can someone who run 1 kms easily, had negative tmt and normal echo 2 weeks back have cardiac issue? I feel chest discomfort, i have some gastric issue also, yesterday i was feeling chest heavy while lying down, did ecg and trop t, both came normal, trop t was 0.6 pg. But this discomfort is frightening me, i am also off balanced specially while sitting, can walk run hike easily. This week i walked 12 kms on hills. Pl guide.

It's very rare after ECG echo and TMT is normal and having heart disease . It may b gastric issues that creating the problem .
