Regarding BP

Hello doctor, Recently i have checked my BP in omron digital measuring device. It is showing 142/94, after 15mins it is showing 132/86, it is varying. I was not having BP. Suddenly it came i don't know why. Please suggest how to control without tablets.

Digital BP apparatus are fairly good for the measurements of blood pressure.However you have to record blood pressure while relaxed, sitting upright with your legs uncrossed and the cuff is at the heart level.Dont consider the first reading ,take average of last 2 readings. Restrict salt ,increase  using fruits rich in potassium,cut down on smoking cigarettes Regular exercise for 30 minutes a day is beneficial.
