The hemoglobin and RBC count are slightly low, suggesting mild anemia. • The high RDW indicates variation in red cell size, possibly due to mixed anemia types or recent recovery from anemia. • The lymphocyte count is slightly elevated, which can occur due to recent viral infections or other benign conditions. • Elevated eosinophils might indicate allergies or a parasitic infection. • Platelet count is normal, but MPV and P-LCR are high, suggesting larger and more variable platelet sizes, which might warrant further investigation if clinically indicated.
Next Steps
It would be prudent to review the clinical history, symptoms, and possibly follow up with additional tests like iron studies, vitamin B12 levels, or a peripheral smear to determine the exact cause of the mild anemia and other variations.
Health Tips
Consulting with a hematologist might also be beneficial if any abnormalities persist.
