Regarding Blood pressure
Hi, I want know regarding my bp
Whenever I check my bp it is 138/78, 144/83, 142/77 and 139/80 means every minute and second this type of reading came so I start daily checking my bp and it is still showing same results of my bp now I am worrying what to do some people advice me u don't need to check ur bp daily.
Please advice me regarding my bp results.

First of all, reduce your stress. BP can be checked once in 7 to 10 days on 4 occasions and if it's more than 140/80 everytime, then u may be having BP. But still u can try to reduce it by life style modifications.
