Regarding bleeding after d and c

My mother have d&c procedure and biopsy. The biopsy report shows late secretory phase endometrium with central thick stroma. No atypia or malignancy seen. But after d&c procedure she is still having bleeding from 25 days. She is using 2 pads daily. What is reason for bleeding. What is it's treatment

Why was d& c done? It is difficult  to say the cause of bleeding like this. Biopsy report is normal.
