Bilirubin is a yellow pigment released during breakdown of red blood cells. Too much of this pigment cause the skin to, eyes and gum to turn yellow.
1. Water: staying hydrated

Like whole cranberry, blueberries and grapes, papaya , melons, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, beet, turnips, cruciferous like cauliflower and Brussels, ginger , garlic, spinach and collard greens.
3. Coffee and herbal teas
4.whole grains
Nuts and legumes
5. Lean protein
Avoid: alcohol, packaged food, smoked foods, refined carbs, saturated and trans fat.
