My 21 week Anamoly scan shows anterior low lying placenta with 3 cm from cervix. Is it a problem? All other findings are normal. What are all the precautions to be taken for this?

If the distance from the cervix is 3 cm It is not a low lying placenta! And since it is not low lying you do not require  any precautions
