I'm having otrin nasal spray for allergic rhinitis is     Duonase nasal spray is similar to otrivin or I need to change this pls suggest sir/madam

You should not use otrivin more than 7 days. It becomes harmful. Duonase can be used for a longer period with 2 puffs twice a day. But if you need it very frequently please consult.
