Can expect  a Healthy  Baby,main concern  is the blood cross reaction and Immunisation  in mother.For that you need to take Anti D injection.

Absolutely. If woman is a negative blood group married to a positive, she will need to be evaluated in her pregnancy and further require the anti D injection to avoid sensitization and complications in the next pregnancy.
