Can we reduce the tummy after 4 months of delivery C section ? I had baby boy and its 4 months now, my tummy is huge, and i didnt get time to tie any belt or saree initial months. Now my tummy looks very ugly, can we still reduce the tummy after 4 months of delivery by wearing abdominal belt.... how long should I wear it

Yes u can use the belt ,also u would need abs excercises and tummy tuck methods ,and restrictions on diet as well.
