Reducing belly size

My weight is 75 kg. My height is 167.5 cm. Yesterday I was diagnosed with thyroid problem.  TSH reading is 6.32. I am not diabetic. Only fat deposit in my body is at belly and buttocks. I want to reduce my weight at least 10 kg. Kindly advise me to reduce my belly and buttock size.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.do changes in  oil after 3months.
