My HbA1c is 6.4 and my age is 40. My before fast is119. &after is 189.. not using any medicines.. wanted to reduce naturally.. plz advice

Hi., I can understand your concern. Your sugar levels are in diabetic range. Plan for regular exercise and walking for a month. Avoid processed foods and rice made items.
Next Steps
redo the sugar test after a month, if it's still in this range, need to plan for low dose medicine with diet and exercise.
