Few days I went for a zirconium crown for the front tooth as one of it got fractured..but as d fit is n look is not perfect they are redoing it.crown was removed and temporary crown was given which is not fixed using cement.now the colour of the trimmed tooth will change if a temporary cap is not fixed using cement?

I totally agree with the doctor that you should get your tooth crowned as early as possible and don't worry about the discoloration or change of colour of the tooth. , but I want to add one more suggestion to the patient calling to my opinion you should not go for the Zirconia Crown on your front tooth it is better to go for e-max or ceramic crown that will give you better Colour contrast.

No, the colour of tooth is not related to the cement, get your permanent cap fixed as early as possible.
