Redness on arm and soreness

I have randomly developed this redness on both on my arms with irregular patches. Developed it last night on my right arm but has not healed till today. Then my left arm suddenly developed it too a few minutes ago. It makes me arm sore. I am not allergic to anything. I had it on my right thigh yesterday too but it healed after a few hours. What could it be?

Hello! The description you have provided seems to be of an episode of urticaria which is a type of allergic reaction of skin. There are many reasons of urticaria- infections , dietary items and certain medications are a few precipitators. Antiallergic medications can control the same.
