I am having redness itching and swelling in the labia majora area. Sometimes I also excrete some kind of fluid ,i.e., whitish in colour. Not much but a little of it. I read about it that vagina excretes to keep the area clean or something. But, I cannot leave that area wet. I constantly dry it with napkins or clothes. It is very irritating almost all the time.

Hi, please meet a doctor, as you would require an examination to rule out any infection. It’s good to keep it dry, dabbing with tissue is better, but no soap or harsh chemicals to be applied there. So I would suggest you to meet a gynae near you.
