There is redness in my left eye since 5-6 days Looks like engorged blood vessels over eye No itching Minimal watery discharge No pain No trauma Feeling of foreign body in eye at times

It looks like a small bleed.  You can use lubricating eye drop twice a day for 2 weeks. It'll fade away over period of time.

Appears like subconjunctival hemorrhage. Put megabrom eye drop 3 times a day and do cold compression. It will take 7 to 10 dats to clear up completely

It is Sub conjunctival Haemorrhage.pl use Refresh tears eye drops 2drops 3times a day.usually it will be resolved. Pl find out the cause if any.consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
