Redness and mild Swelling under tongue

Hi, I used a new bottle of mouth wash for the last 4 days. Have used the same brand before. But this is. a new bottle i bought online. I noticed  redness and mild swelling under the tongue. It's very sore and feels like itchy. Very sore pain constantly. I had ibuprofen. Will this go away on its own?

Hi Advised to discontinue the mouth wash . Advised to avoid hot and spicy food Advised to apply Mucopain ointment in the affected region thrice daily .-Before food Advised to do warm salt water rinsing thrice daily -After food Advised to take Tab Celin -1 tablet a day for 10 days Advised to take Cap Becousules - one capsule a day for 10 days

Observe the ulcer if it is healing on its own .. After one week ,if it is not responding .. kindly visit your dentist for further management

Firslty, discontinue using the mouthwash. Need a proper history to diagnose properly. Proper photographs needed.
