There is a reddish mark under my nail on left ring finger. It was not there before , but there was pain when touched for quite a few years. But now a red mark has also appeared and when touched by mistake it causes unbearable pain. Kindly help me to identify what is it.

It could be a glomus tumour .. does the pain change with temperature .. like it hurts more when u put your hand in cold or hot water .. something of that sort? ... If so it's probably glomus tumour and you need to consult a plastic surgeon
