You seem to be suffering from Computer Vision Syndrome. You can mitigate to some extent by taking frequent short breaks from computer work, washing closed eyes with cold (not chilled) water. Also, maintain good general health, drink 2 to 3 litres of water daily and sleep adequately. You can also get good relief with some eye drops, but it is not allowed to prescribe in this forum. An ophthalmologist consultation will also evaluate you for "dry eye" & get some eye drops prescribed, if found necessary.
