Red spots under skin! Biceps

So, today when I woke up, I saw red dots on my biceps, petachiae like thing. Please let me know if this anything to worry about :(. Scared! Also, I do gym, but last bicep exercise was on Friday, and there was no spot like this on Saturday and Sunday. Please help me
