So i see many time in this side those gums become red, no pain as such with regular activity but have felt a little ache sometimes (1-2 times), mostly when food gets stuck in between the teeth.. so is that anything serious? In left side its not there, no burning or itching. Today i touched it a little more so a little discomfort. Attached left side teeth image too, the gums seems normal there

Hello. If you are having the redness after food lodgement and do feel an ache once in a while, it is advisable to go to your nearby dentist to get yourself check clinically as there might be any caries (cavity) in between the teeth because of which the food is getting lodged OR you might have increased gaping in between the teeth where the food is getting lodged and causing irritation to the gums. Depending upon the cause you might need to get filling or scaling done.
Next Steps
Consult your nearby dentist
Health Tips
Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt after every meal, Floss your teeth twice daily without causing much trauma to the gums especially at the offending site and avoid using toothpicks in that area.
