Red bumps in throat and on tongue

Hello , i am male 27 years of age there is aproblem with my throat and tongue firstly there were light red sore bumps in my throat and now they are over my tongue . its getting me scared the bumps that are on tongue are red and also bad breath is also the problem .

Hi sir...   The red sore bumbs  in throat is medically called as Tonsillitis... Tongue ulcer is due to so many cause: *vit B12 deficiency **Iron deficiency anemia **stress and anxiety **Gastric disturbance(GERD,Gastric ulcers) **viral infections Bad breathe may be due to **Tonsillitis **Soft and hard deposits(plaque and calculus) For deposits in your teeth , Get your teeth cleaned(scaling and polishing) by dentists
