My wife develops recurring red blisters around stomach area which feel itchy. These get resolved on its own and again come back in few days. What can be the issue?

Since when is she having this history ?? Does it aggregate in sweat summer season or in winters too?? What all other areas are affected?? Is she allergic to any material of clothing??
