Recurrent typhoid
My age is 26 years. Since very childhood I get typhoid fever 2-3 times every year though I drink boil water. I am also patient of chronic IBS. Every time whenever I get fever , it takes 7-10 days to cure after completing course of antibiotics . But taking antibiotics I feel acidity and vomiting . 12 days ago I have got typhoid and after completing 10 days antibiotics fever has been cured. Now please tell ayurvedic medicine so that It doesn't come back more .

1) Do Mrudu verechana(Ayurveda-Detox Therapy) with panchatikta Ghrut....
2) Syp.Vidangarishta (sandu/Dp) 30 ml 2 times in a day with double water.
3) syp.Bilverax (Lamar)15 ml 2 times in a day.
4) cap.Florasante (Himalaya) 1 cap 2 times in a day.
5) Tab.Kamdudha with mauktik(Dp) 2 tab 2 times before food
6) Tab. Praval panchamrut (Dp) 2 cap 2 times
7)avoid junk food,take ghee daily 10 to 15 tsp with food.
Next Steps
take above medicines for one month
follow up with Liver Function Test.and CT (Abdo+Pelvis) plain and contrast.
