My 3.5 yr old daughter got fever on 2nd April (remained for 3 days). Almost a week later, I started noticing that she is feeling very tired, doesn't want to go to park, not riding her scooter, walking very less. From 2nd April till date, she has got fever 2 more times but after giving paracetamol it goes away. Any idea/suggestions what can I do?

According to your daughter's sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like acute Viral infection . You should give proper treatment as follow as on the above history- Syp Paracitamol 250 mg in 5 ml so give 4 ml 2 time per day for fever . Syp Azikem 3 ml 1 time per day for 3 days after food. Syp Multivitamin A to Z 5 ml 2 time per day for strength and immunity . Your daughter will be well .
