My 3.5 yr old daughter got fever on 2nd April (remained for 3 days). Almost a week later, I started noticing that she is feeling very tired, doesn't want to go to park, not riding her scooter, walking very less. From 2nd April till date, she has got fever 2 more times but after giving paracetamol it goes away. Any idea/suggestions what can I do?

According to your daughter's sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like acute Viral infection . As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
You should give proper treatment as follow as on the above history- Syp Paracitamol 250 mg in 5 ml so give 4 ml 2 time per day for fever . Syp Azikem 3 ml 1 time per day for 3 days after food. Syp Multivitamin A to Z 5 ml 2 time per day for strength and immunity . Your daughter will be well .
