Hello sir...my 2yr old child suffering from fever..widal test report was O titre 1:40,H 1:20,AH 1:20,BH 1:20 is it positive

Definitely " negative ". Also , widal test is valid only after 5 days of fever.
Next Steps
Do complete blood count if fever is present more than 5 days.
