Recurrent Aphthous ulcer

Sir I had faced recurrent Ulcer on my tongue and lips. Size in large and heal with in 15to 30 days. Iam use dolo gel, kenokart, salt water, banking powder and milk of magnesia. But I feel problem is inside.
