No problem but  at a a certain limit .certain limit is that when Gutta percha sealer or intracanal medicaments extend beyond apical third of the rooth near the inferior alveolar nerve or maxillary sinus then may it be lead to maxillary sinustis or inflammation at the inferior alveolar nerve which may caus the loss of taste and sensation.but as per the radiograph thats has been seen in your cases there is normal but in Future if any problem occurs  like pain and loss of taste or anything then consult your dentist at that time

Hi Yes it’s normal and pain should not increase if there is minor pain it heal with time and if it increase’s than it should be checked
