RCT or tooth removal or something else?

Hi, this is the photo of my right down last tooth. There is mild pain there foe last week or so. I think I need some treatment. Given this situation, what options do I have? Like remove/ RCT/ cleaning and filling etc. If possible, please revert with cost, time and pain level of each option.

This is the wisdom tooth .... Ideally rct and cap are not done for wisdom teeth because they are not helpful in chewing. Only treatment is extraction. Most of the  time it will be surgical procedure... Get it done by maxillofacial surgeon.
