On first seating the RCT is failed due to my gagging reflux problem. All preventions has done, but it is not possible for me. So my dentist advice me to go for last try with 'diazepam' medicine. Is it ok? Or I will go for extraction. Xray attached.

Dear practo user, It is sad to hear about your problem, however,  there are options available to make your experience comfortable such as palatal anesthesia( numbing your palate)or managing anxiety with drugs such as diazepam( you must give it a try). Please consider extraction as the last option.

Please don't go for extraction. Please request your dentist to numb the palatine tissue. It will work

Radiographically Looks like a tooth with good prognosis. May be you can try getting it done under sedation
