Do nothing. No person can be so bold that he will keep sleeping in spite of having been bitten by a rat. Rats don't spread Tetanus by a bite. If anything there may be a very remote chance of acquiring Rabies. But before getting worried please be sure that it was a rat bite.

When no scratch  not to worry. Rat is rabid,  cocroch  not. Tetanus gives protection  for 6 months.

As there's no visible wound, scratchs, you don't need to take any specific precautions

No need for any treatment if no bite/scratch mark is present. No need for another TT dose as the previous TT will cover it. Keep hygiene in your room.

No bite/scratch = no risk. Nothing to worry. No need for rabies vaccine or any treatment. Tetanus already covered. Just keep room clean, check for pests. You can consult me if any symptoms appear.

In cases of sleeping interactions with small rodents like rats, the risk of Rabies is extremely negligible according to WHO and CDC guidelines. If there are no visible scratches, puncture marks, or bleeding on your skin, the chance of any infection (including Tetanus) is almost zero. Since your Tetanus vaccine was 2 years ago, you are still within the protective window (which usually lasts 5–10 years for minor interactions), but a booster can be taken if a deep wound is present."
Next Steps
Wash the area where you felt the itch with soap and running water for 5 minutes as a standard precaution. Keep an eye on the site for any redness or swelling over the next 48 hours. If you need more clarity on post-exposure protocols for minor animal interactions, please feel free to connect for a consultation."
Health Tips
Do not panic or start an Anti-Rabies Vaccine (ARV) course unnecessarily, as rodents are not typical carriers for Rabies transmission to humans. However, if you develop a fever or a skin rash in the coming days, consult a physician immediately to rule out 'Rat Bite Fever,' which is a bacterial infection and easily treatable with antibiotics."
