Hii . It can be Allergic Dermatitis... Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage to skin Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use atarax lotion for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription
