If the rashes are black in color it is likely to be Tinea versicolor. You may require an anti fungal and a topical antifungal cream. These following steps may help: - Avoid using oily skin products - Reduce your exposure to the sun. Exposure to sun may trigger or worsen an episode and a tan makes the rash more visible. - Do not wear tight clothing. - Change undergarments regularly - Wear breathable fabrics such as cotton to decrease the sweating. - Keep areas where there is sweat accumulation dry regularly and apply powder in those areas to reduce the moisture. If the problem is persistent I would advise you to meet a dermatologist.

You, in all likelihood have Tinea cruris (commonly called Jock Itch) 1. Apply LULIFIN ointment to both inner thighs and groin area once daily for 10 days. (Can use CANDID B cream twice daily if you don't get lulifin) 2. Tablet ATARAX 10mg at night only for 3 days 3. If response is not complete in 3 days you may need antifungal drug in addition to above 4. Avoid wearing tight clothes/ tight innerwear which increase sweating
