Full Rashes on arms and and neck like chicken pox but no filled material inside rashes,started 10 days ago, itches but no fever or cough

Hi Looks like maculopapular rash . Are you taking any drug prior to the onset of rash? Is the rash spreading? From where did it appear first? Anything that you applied over it?
