A single circular rash cannot be reliably diagnosed from the photograph alone. A non-reactive scrub typhus test, if that is the test performed, does not by itself explain every possible cause of fever and rash. Viral infections, insect bites, fungal infection and other skin conditions are possible. Avoid scratching or applying steroid/combination creams without examination. If fever persists, rash spreads rapidly, or there is breathing difficulty, facial swelling, bleeding or marked weakness, seek medical care promptly. You may consult me on Practo for assessment of the rash and fever and further management.
