My 1 month old baby girl rapid breathing while feeding and after feeding after some times it go as normal breathing, is this any respiratory problem..? She is 2.6 kg.

Periodic breathing is normal in newborns... If baby is taking BF well and if there is no retractions in chest then nothing to worry..
