How to often to check random blood sugar level in non diabetic people I mean how much time gap like every 1month or every 2 and 3 months and etc. Recently iam checked my post meals RBS after 2 hrs of meals it shows as 110. Pls suggest. Thank you.

If strong family history is there kindly do it once in 3 months or simply HbA1c once in 6mths Otherwise annually
