I take 3 day after pills 3 weeks ago. All with in one week. Two weeks ago I had unprotected sex. This past week I have had very painful cramps to the point of crying. The kind of cramps I get before my purse starts but worse. Today my pired was spouse to start and nothing. Are these side effects from the day after pills ?
