Hello U should meet a Gastroenterologist and consider doing UGI endoscopy and colonoscopy if ur mother is having anemia with Stool OB positive. Best wishes

She is 66 year right ( Risk of Colon cancer is there at this age ) Is she taking any iron or meat ? If yes stop that for 3 days and than repeat this test ( Note Go for just Stool for occult test from a trusted lab ) If second sample is positive too That means she is loosing blood from intestine If constipation / weight loss present- Colonoscopy ideally  and if normal endoscopy If you are apprehensive about the covid CT enterography with rectal contrast is best to clear your doubt Thanks
