Query regarding C sec postpartum

It's been 2 months since I gave birth through c section . Can I climb stairs during this time also can I bend to do regular household chores?? If not then how can I bend ?? Request you to pls help on this query

You can climb stairs and you can do all household chores. Two months is good enough time to cause reasonable healing.
