Hi, Mt baby is 10 weeks old and the red bump of bcg vaccination site is oozing pus..do I need to clean it and apply anything or leave it..please see attached picture of the bump Kindly let me know if I need to take her to doctor or need to apply anything on it

Red bump is normal after BCG vaccination, but pus coming out is not normal... .

So you  have to consult  a nearest doctor and remove the pus by something called I and d( incision and drainage)
